Republish or just Update?

Looking for advice: On a blog page, when just a small portion of content gets changed every two weeksâ€¦.Is it better to "Republish" or just "Update" the blog page every two weeks, for SEO purposes?

Alan Bleiweiss: If you are adding value, and significantly adding, or even just adding updates, letting it just get a "date updated" stamp or not even worrying about it(Google knows when it changes) is good. Republishing is good when it is a complete overhaul.
