Michael Martinez: That`s kind of swimming against the current, is it not? Covid-19 is one of Google`s protected keywords. I don`t know how many variations on it their algorithms watch for, but it could be many.
Kristen Hansen Lowrey: I’ve published many many articles re the pandemic and lockdown. I haven’t used ‘COVID’ as a keyword but only because most of keywords needed to be focused on the subject matter. But you can absolutely use COVID or pandemic as a keyword BUT not in google ads, and not to give medical info. See attached screenshot.
Tim Capper: Ive been publishing a lot of content around the event industry for a client - its doing so so but G tends to be surfacing more medical content even with little relevance.
