If I have this right.
On a mobile, if you click on an ads "missed call" button then Facebook will call the business for you, then hang up. The business will then know to call you back and save you on the cost of the call.
This is targeted at countries where making calls is expensive.
Reminds me of my childhood when 3 rings meant I was at the phone box in the village. ?
