Need some advice on how to take my SEO strategy

Hello all! Happy Sunday. I wanted to get some advice on how to take my SEO strategy from here on. My website is doing very well, for my top three keywords I am number one for each. However, my website has several pages (242 as of right now to be precise) that have content that is specific to other areas. For example, the entire website is based on finding a random new show to watch, and each show has its own directory / page. What I am finding is that these pages are ranking anywhere from about 10+.

So my question is, do I shift my efforts from the main page (home page) to this sub-directories and attempt to get them to rank higher? Or should I continue to concentrate my efforts on the websites main page and hopefully the rest follow its success?

Thank you all for your time and advice, I was on here a few months back and get advice that helped me move my website to where it is today. Many thanks!!
