  Neeraj Kumar (KNKAYASTHA): How can we show Header Image in Google SERP?
  
  I was just searching on Google and found that SERP is showing thumbnails in snippets (Image 1). Watching more closely, those were Header Images... (Image 2) of emarketing.netsmartz.net/.
  
  Is google picking these abruptly or some type of tagging is working here... These don't look nice to me because they are cropped... Or should be markup website logo so that Google show LOGO not any other cropped images...

  Suraj Gadage: Just to clarify everyone, this type of view in search results appear only when someone searches with related: operator (to identify related sites). Except news search result Google is no longer displaying images beside the search results.
  
  Now to answer your question +Neeraj Kumar ;the images appearing in search results are picked up randomly by Google even if you have open graph markup added on the page.
