Google thinks that I posted 9 hours ago

OK, WordPress SEO gurus. Try to figure this one out. It`s been bugging me for at least a year now. Whenever I post, Google thinks that I posted 9 hours ago, even if it`s within minutes. See the screen capture below. Already checked the server header date, wp pub date, and WordPress settings. All set up for Central Standard Time.
