Dumb SEO Questions

Copying Content from My Own Website

I am a writer with several websites.
On my most successful site I have a section http://www.practicalcreativewriting.com/writing-a-life/
I also have another website in my own name www.gracejolliffe.com.
I realize I need to build this one up more but have very little content on it.
I have very little time as in addition to writing fiction I write everything for my other sites. I do everything myself and learn as I go along.
So I  am wondering if I can use some of the content from Writing a Life as  a blog on www.gracejolliffe.com
