Can we ask clients to add reviews to our GMBs again?

Anyone know if we can ask clients to add reviews to our GMBs again?I know Google restricted adding new reviews due to the pandemic so curious if it`s still in place.

Stockbridge Truslow: They never stopped anyone from adding them - they were just sitting in queue longer than usual before showing up (or being rejected as appropriate).
