YouTube joins Snapchat in criticising Facebook: ‘our audience continues to watch not scroll, with sound on’
I`m not sure if this is as big a problem as it first appears.
A significant percentage view their FB stream without playing sound, that`s why it`s vital to add captions. The viewable text seems to me to be as effective as sound in conveying the message in many instances. I prefer it.
