Structure data testing tool

Hi,

I have a query about the structure data implementation, Actually in structure data testing tool for my website, it displaying twice implemented.

I just want to know, is there any harm my website?

And it comes from 2 different plugin on my website, One is Yoast and second i Structure data implementation.

Attached is the snapshot from testing tool.
