Please guide me about Keyword Density

Guide me about Keyword Density! If I have 1000 words content on my page. So how much keywords should I saturate in content according to SEO practice? Primary Keyword (main) = quantity? Secondary Keyword = quantity? Long-Tail Keyword = quantity?
