Can I use Google`s "labeled for reuse" images?

This may be an extremely dumb SEO question, but if I am building out landing pages for a client, and they do not have any photos of their work (it is a general contractor company), can I use Google`s "labeled for reuse" images of a service being done? Example: photos of a driveway getting redone with concrete. Is this plagiarism or bad? Do I have to link the photo to where I found the image? I am not saying the photo is of the client`s work, but more like, this is how it is done, what we can do and why it is important. Im new to doing client work and I have never had a client who doesn`t have photos of their work...
