Why has our rank suddenly dropped from the top position to the second page of Google?

Hi guys, why the rank suddenly drop from the top position till the second page of google. Any advise? perhaps we make something wrong ... even my name is drop :)?

Have you made any changes on your website? Check for manual webspam action in Webmaster tools.

It is also possible that these changes are temporary. Your ranking may get recovered back in a few days. ;
