Why does Google Webmaster show my omniture tagged pages/URL`s as duplicates?

Hi Friends, i do have a query related to Google webmaster. why does Google Webmaster shows my omniture tagged pages/URL`s as having duplicate title and description? For example if i have abc.com and after adding omniture tags URL become abc.com/linknav=12 then why both URL`s are considered to be duplicate. Is there any way i can resolve this issue.?

James Maabadi: Hi Prashant, I'm sure you'll get a good answer from the hangout, but I'm thinking you need to add a Canonical URL to your pages.
Prashant Jain: +James Maabadi ;thanks James, but will 301 have any negative impact on my tagging URL's ( may be i will not be able to capture some important data) and what if i have thousands of pages and there are different buttons or links tagged through Omniture.
