Dave Elliott: I think the only thing in the world that uses that for anything SEO is alexa. In which case not even vaguely important.
Ranu Jain: Yeah, it was an alexa submission. According to Alexa, creating an " info.txt " page was one of the ways to verify your site.
Astitva Kumar: If you have created info.txt in page. you will get extra weight by crawler
S?awomir Zdunek: the weight is very tiny, it is so tiny that the crawler will not even notice it :)
