Lisa Brown: I use a combination of WP Rocket, Autoptimize, Cloudflare. What really moved the needle was switching to LiquidWeb`s WordPress hosting, the site had been on an older VPS. That combination gave 50% to 85% improvements depending on the page.

E Dieter Martin: Other than that a careful review of the site is in order. Google`s Pagespeed Insights can be helpful but some WordPress oddities make it hard to find the real culprits in the sea of messages.
