Switching to https: Will I lose any rank I had in the http URL`s?
My site has good SEO rank on "http" URL`s and I have "https / ssl" pretty much set up, -but if I configure Wordpress W3 Total Cache and my server to `force ssl` will I lose any rank I had in the http URL`s? Would it be better to schedule something like this or just pull the trigger on it? I`m asking from an SEO standpoint. Not a config standpoint. I`d prefer not to lose traffic during December due to a loss of SEO position triggered by the change. Basically MaxCDN has an SSL URL for me that will replace the existing http-based one. But just being extra careful. What do you recommend?

Michael Martinez: You need to redirect the HTTP URLs to their HTTPS equivalents. You should be okay.
Karl Balsmeier: OK great, I`m hunting for a wordpress plugin that can actually "bulk" redirect every published page, as the site has a few hundred of them. I`ve used plenty of others but it`s quite the manual labor operation.
Ryan Logan: This may help you fill in some gaps Karl Balsmeier. https://movingtohttps.com/
