  Christine Hansen: You have to make the redirections yourself. As for 2) you also have to make redirections from old page to new page. Usually I make a list in a document and save it before I go change anything in the htaccess-file. Remember to test in SERP.

  Zachary Toto: Tanzeela Ashraf You can migrate your site leaving the structure intact. You point your old domain to your new host.

  Zachary Toto: If you point your old domain to your new host, your old domain will direct to the new host. You can wipe and close your old host account and as long as you have your old site on the new host, you`ll be able to point the domain to the old site on new host.
