  Jody Nesbitt: 1) I am on the English site, i click a property, i now see the French version, so, if i see this google sees the same 2) from a user point of view, i would be bouncing, there are more than enough agencies that build their structure properly that I dont need this extra hassle of having to keep changing the page to English, 3) there is almost no content anywhere, so if google cant "read" what you are selling, how do they know what traffic you want, you write unique content to further expand the pages, so that the "similar content" is only a very small %. You dont use other people`s blog posts, you write your own, else you have duplicate content penalties. 4) You fix you meta data, Your page titles have almost no relevance to what the pages are actually selling

  Jonathan Mnrd: You rock, this is really good insights! We noticed too that content was a problem and missing and I like you point on view about the duplicate content. We should make sure that are client lower % duplicate by growing his content exponentially. We are living in Quebec and we have seen many clients with billingual problems (some wordpress and other CMS plugins really suck). I don`t know if someone in this group would know some good plugins or how to work with multi-languages provinces/countries because it`s been a mess so far and we are struggling finding a solution! Also, is someone knows if we should index all houses? Since some will be sold at one point and that often the same house will be listed with the same content on other pages?
