Ryan Sack: I have a real estate website and need more traffic. I'm not sure how to do this.. Any help would be appreciated.
Blade S: 1. Start some serious blogging. Post quality, detailed and comprehensive articles. Publish articles in a consistent manner.
2. Share your articles on social media websites, without spamming them. And also share others' articles, not just yours.
3. Be active on social media.
4. Guest post on other niche blogs (try to find ones that have authority), but be careful with the backlinks. If you don't know much about link building, it will be better if you "nofollow" the ones inside the About the Author box.
5. Do some outreach. Send mails and build relationships with other real estate websites. That's how you can get mentioned on their website and stuff like that.
This is a bit more complex, so make some research first. Some marketing knowledge is required here, because you need to know how to attract attention, otherwise your mails won't even get read.
6. Optimize your website for search engines in the best way possible. I assume you'll need local SEO.
