My business name is not showing on Google SERP

  Can you give answer for this query ;
  One of my project not showing results on goolge. even i searched with my business name also it will not showing on Google SERP. ; Let s take for example my business name is xyz, with the same keyword (business name) xyz i am searching in google but it will not showing my website.
  I submitted sitemap to Google ; and Bing search engines.
  
  Can you suggest me what can i do for this one.

  If i searched with company name xyz some other portals are showing in SERP.
  If i searched site:www.xyz.com then it will showing my website pages.
