Keywords Competency

I`ve optimized this page for the keyword "Jilian Tourist Inn" and its variants.

Its location is in Puerto Princesa, Palawan, Philippines.

Page:
www(dot)philbooking(DOT)com/hotels/philippines/palawan/jilian-tourist-inn

I`ve used this keywords in my content.

Keyword #1: Jilian Tourist Inn
- 110 monthly searches - Low Competency

Keyword #2: Jilian Tourist Inn Puerto Princesa
- 20 - monthly searches - Low Competency

Then I`ve used the keyword #1 as my search term in Google Philippines and it shows in 3rd page.

Now, I`ve used the keyword #2 as my search term in Google Philippines and it shows in 2nd page.

Both keywords has low competency and I want my page to show in page 1 or 2 by using the keyword #1 because it has high volume of searches.

Any suggestions?
