Keyword/long tail rank monitoring tools

Do you use keyword/long tail rank monitoring tools? If so, which is your favourite?

The reason I ask is that I`m curious about reporting on historical positioning, backwards from the present where I`m base-lining progress over time. I use MOZ at the moment.

Jim Munro: I use +SEMrush ;and rely on it. I must add that SEMrush provide guru subscriptions of their toolset to our Panelists.
