Is there a recommended % of links pointing to your inner pages compared to how many pages a website has?

Is there a recommended % of links pointing to your inner pages compared to how many pages a website has? Meaning, if my website has 100 pages, should the average number of links on a page point to 10 (or 10%) inner pages?

Link equity flow is one of hundreds of factors and every factor is going to be uniquely valued in the overall mix for each site and each page within the site based on how that page compares to other pages on the site and across the web, and based on how that site compares to others on the web in that industry and in perceived related topical content on other sites outside of that industry.
