Is the keywords meta tag in the head still relevant in Google, Bing?

Is the keywords meta tag in the head still relevant in Google, Bing? I see some top ranked sites with them and without them.Perhaps they are relevant to other search engines?

Michael Martinez: They don`t use the "keywords" meta tag. It`s only useful for site search tools. I don`t know if any of the other major search engines use the tag.
