  Is it truth that once you were hitted by Penguin you need to wait till it will be launched again to recover? No jailbreak or something? o.O

  Jim Munro: I think that is the case, ;Łukasz. I think I read that it is intended to be eventually baked-in but for now a wait is required until the next run time.

  Andrei Gherghel: Yes, since google has to reindex and check all the pages linking to your website. If it finds no changes and the link profile of your website is still a "bad" one ..the automatic penalty won't be lifted. Google wants to see you working in removing the low quality links. You can do it by contacting the owners of the pages and asking the to remove the links to your website. No jailbreak since its an algrithmic penalty and the algo is rerun once in a while.
