Is content curation an effective strategy?

Hi all.. I`m trying to do #contentmarketing lately and I would like to ask some good help. If i will be If it is, what would be my indicator that the source I`m getting is relevant, and trusted? If not, what are the best possible options that I can try? Thanks in advance.?

David Cohn: Content curation is good if you are finding and serving up good stuff your audience likes to read and share. An indication of how good you are doing is the number of shares/likes the content receives.
