In relation to an affiliate website, what is the best way to go about getting up the ranks and launched successfully?

  I have a question that I hope ye can help with.
  
  So I am launching a site soon. Its going to be an affiliate only site (Amazon, etsy etc). Now i don't have major bucks to pay for adsense and the likes and I am wondering, in relation to an affiliate website, what is the best way to go about getting up the ranks and launched successfully.

  Tim Capper: Provide outstanding content which attracts readers, who will then click on your affiliate links.
  
  You are going to have to find a super niche to have your voice heard above all the other affiliate sites.
  
  join communities and groups to start some engagement
  
  Now for the launch:
  Titles of all pages - unique and compelling, to attract searchers in the SERP's
  Accurate and insightful meta descriptions.
  
  Make sure your site structure provides the best possible route for search engines.
  
  If you have paginated pages - rel prev and rel next
  If you are using tags - noindex follow
  If pages go into multiple categories (be careful of this).
  
  Create a Google+ Brand page and connect site with rel=publisher.
  Use your rel=author on blog pages
  
  The list really is quite endless, but this should get you going.
  
  When site is live, come back and ask for a site review.
