I would like to ask you a question about Local Optimisation and Google Places

  I would like to ask you a question about Local Optimisation and Google Places.
  
  We are doing an SEO for a Local Cleaning Company. Their Google Plus Account is set up as local business and it is connected to their website.
  Now they are opening a new office in another area and we are going to build another website for that area.
  
  So my questions is what should we do?
  * Shall we open a New local Google plus account or it should be a Google Plus Brand account (in order to build brand awareness). Which one is better, please consider they are planing to have more local websites in the future.
  
  * And something what is very important, what about the phone number? Shell we use the same phone numbers (from the first website) for connecting the websites with the brand?

  Wakefly, Inc.: As I read this one thing that became a concern is duplicate content for all of the new websites. Even if you change out the location on each website the content will be extremely similar and also more work to manage.
  
  "please consider they are planing to have more local websites in the future."
  
  I would suggest a section on the website that shows all of the location so the user can choose to find the directions or number to that physical store. ;
