I use a different type of domain name suffix

If I use a different type of domain name suffix eg: website.health instead of website.com/website.net/website.co.uk will that be a negative ranking factor in terms of SEO? (Assume that I`m in the health niche)Does anyone have any sources/studies that they can reference?
