Ghost URLs

Hi ,
I recently set up google search console on a new website. It came back with "Submitted URL has a crawl issue". It`s provided the URL but this URL doesn`t exist on the website at all. When I search the URL it comes up with an image from the website with a slightly different URL... So I`m a bit confused as to what I need to do to fix this. I do use Yoast and the sitemap submitted does not have this URL so I`m not sure where the search console is even finding this URL. Any suggestions please? :) Thanks
