  • Micah Fisher-Kirshner: +Federico Sasso the thing is, if you only think of testimonials as "Bob N. From Kentucky says" then it's worthless. But if you're building use cases, or having famous people explain why, or comparisons, or vertical examples, or any mix, then that's how to do effective testimonials.
  • Tim Capper: I admit, I don't pay much attention to a sites testimonial page. However, if I am looking for something, a system and I see that a major player uses this .... and I can verify the testimonial ( this is key ! ) then it has certainly done the job for me.

    Also like +Micah Fisher-Kirshner ;suggests, in case studies, they can be / are 1) great testimonials 2) powerful content showcasing the business
