I have two phone numbers on my Website. I want to keep my toll free main number and one local number for each location. I have 30 differet locations in the United States. My Question is does it affect my SEO for having two numbers on each Google My Business listing? Which one should be my primary number and alternate number on listing? Thank you!

  • Alan Bleiweiss: If you have a local number for each location, I recommend to clients that is the number to go with in GMB, since GMB is based on people who are in that local area. They don`t need the toll free number. Google even state they prefer to see the local number: ____________________________ Provide a phone number that connects to your individual business location as directly as possible, and provide one website that represents your individual business location. Use a local phone number instead of central, call center helpline number whenever possible. ____________________________ This is also why it`s best to link from each GMB listing directly to the unique location page for that location on your own site when you have more than a couple locations, instead of your home page.
