Do you include keyword phrase in the URL/title if you want to rank for them?

  Tell me about them. If a keyword phrase you want to rank for contains them, do you include them in the URL/title?

  I heard a guy telling me he had a stop word in a keyword phrase and his ranking for the word dropped and he is not in first 50 now.

  Moeez Bin Hamid: Ok I did some research on stop words and I suggest not to use stop words in the URL.
  And just to share what I learned yesterday. You use "-" for a space in the url and _ for no space in between the words.
  I am Moeez = I-am-Moeez
  I am MoeezLodhi = I-am-Moeez_Lodhi

  Emmanuel Flossie: Your title should reflect your page file or folder name. In a sense that it has a relationship. Do not copy the exact same sentence over and over again. Variation is key.
