Cutting and slicing keywords

Hey guys,

Quick question regarding keywords for a specific page. If i repeat a word multiple times is it better to have that as a seperate keyword or have them all combined?

Example 1: chargers interviews, chargers game recap, chargers rumors
Example 2: chargers, interviews, game recap, rumors
This question begins at 00:24:51 into the clip. Did this video clip play correctly? Watch this question on YouTube commencing at 00:24:51

I see YouTube error message
I see static

  • Federico Sasso: Mind if I ask where would you put that text?
    It would scare off any visitor reading it, eventually hurting your SEO efforts as well, imho.

    In case you meant to use those terms in the old keywords meta tag, well, do as you please, just keep in mind it wouldn't impact search engines: they simply ignore the meta tag.

  • Luke Chaffey: As +Federico Sasso said, search engines no longer use the meta keywords tag, and should be left empty.
