A quick question about hreflang, well I hope so.
I have a page that serves as an umbrella for 10 other local websites, some of the local websites are bilingual too. The question is that the local websites are independent of each other and they are not interlinked.
So the main site would be
website.com/home.html
It has hreflang in 12 language tag for the 10 pages (2 of them are bilingual) like for example;
website.com/us-en/home.html
website.com/us-es/home.html
How would be the language tag for the other 10 pages?
My first thought is at home level of the local pages would have hreflang with all the other languages and locations.
However, as they are independent and they have no communication with each other, I am not sure if I only need to implement the hreflang tags only in the bilingual sites in deeper levels.
