A good SEO friendly extension for a large menu

Hello, I have not been on in a while but back in the swing of things. I have a client that has some large problems with his rankings however I believe a lot is down to his menu and ux, time on site etc..

Firstly, He is using magento, can anyone recommend a good SEO friendly extension for a large menu that is responsive if poss.

Secondly he has had the same GA code in the site twice per page, would google ignore the second or count double results? We are going to move him to tag manager as it is safer.
