We are removing training from our services permanently.

Hi all,
We serve Internet marketing services and we decided to stop serving training services permanently.
The catch is, we are ranking for training services on the first page. If we redirect those pages to the home page then it may be a bad experience in front of Users as well as Bot.
So my question is what is the best way to remove that page from our main website without loosing Link Juice and PR.?

Collin Davis: I would say that if you have links pointing to that page then have them redirected. How many pages are you doing it for?? If its for one page only then it shouldn't be much of a problem.
Ehtesham Shaikh: +Collin Davis thanks for your response, we have 4 pages to do so, So if we redirect don't you think this will effect our website.
Collin Davis: in case those pages don't have links pointing to them then have them 404'd.. don't that for a large no of pages. That is when it starts sending a red alert to the search engines...
