  • Janaki Raman: Did u check that the two different title are comes with same link or different link (different link (i,e) index.php, about.php)
  • Ehtesham Shaikh: same link
  • Ehtesham Shaikh: +Jim Munro ;+Edwin Jonk ;please help me find this
  • Janaki Raman: In my point of view, it wont happen.
If possible can u tell the two queries which u search in google. and Competitor
I also want to know about this problem. If possible u can
  • Ehtesham Shaikh: keyword: list your property and post your property. sorry mate i can't disclose more than this
  • Nevyana Karakasheva: Simply put: Google tends to rewrite your title tags depending on the user query ; - if a given page is relevant for the specific query and the website has high authority in the given field then Google considers it relevant and worthy of showing it in the leading positions in the SERPs.

Thus the reason why a page could rank well for various queries. Plus the queries you use are pretty close- and it is only normal that a page could rank well for both - the two queries are practically synonyms and based on the semantic thought of Google's bot he could link the dots and see that if a page is good enough to answer your first query will be able to answer just as well your second one. It is the same if you queries use the words car and auto.
  • Ehtesham Shaikh: Thanks a lot for your response +Nevyana Karakasheva ;I have a doubt that Google can consider car and auto as same queries, because when I was ranking a same page for new property and upcoming property it consider different and does not shows my sites for one keyword unless I worked on another keyword. Please correct me if I am wrong.
